Cumin-Coriander Crusted Beef Steak with a Mexican Mole Sauce – Guest Post by Devaki At Weave A Thousand Flavors

Greetings from the great state of California! It is Sunday evening and Mr. Bunkycooks and I have just arrived in Los Angeles after a happy camping weekend at Camp Blogaway in the mountains of Angelus Oaks, CA. I have not had any internet access for several days, so I am just getting back on the computer today.

I will have many tales of camping, learning lots of great tips and my experiences meeting other happy food blogging campers when I return home in a few days, but in the meantime, I am going to get a really hot shower and take a nap in this big fluffy bed at our hotel!

Since I have been just a bit busy over the last few days, my good friend Devaki at Weave a Thousand Flavors, has graciously agreed to do a guest post for me! I met Devaki through Foodbuzz several months ago. I love her blog and the incredible dishes that she prepares. I also love the in-depth instruction that she gives for her recipes. Her recipes are fabulous and the photos make me want to eat everything she cooks! She also puts great thought and background into every post with either the history or her personal relationship to what she prepares.

Devaki has prepared a perfectly cooked Cumin-Coriander Crusted Beef Steak with a Mexican Mole Sauce for her guest post for Bunkycooks. It looks sooo good (especially after camper fare, which by the way, was pretty tasty), I wish I could have it for dinner tonight!. So, please click here for the link to her blog and check out her beautiful post!

Thank you so much to Devaki and I will be back in a few days with my Daring Cooks Challenge post, Camp Blogaway tales of bears chasing us (just kidding) and the winner of the Afternoon Tea in a Box giveaway which you can still enter to win until Thursday at 5 pm EST!
